Diploma In Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Program Objective

The RAC department focuses on the principles and applications of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, preparing students for careers in HVAC industries.

Course duration and assessment

This four-year diploma program in engineering is designed to develop competent mid-level managers and supervisors capable of effectively executing engineering projects. Students who have successfully completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) are eligible to enroll. The program’s curriculum and academic activities are regulated by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), ensuring standardized and quality technical education.

Career of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering

Graduates can pursue roles as HVAC technicians, refrigeration mechanics, or maintenance supervisors in various industries.

Eligibility for Admission

Minimum GPA of 2.00 and minimum SSC equivalent in any discipline.
Science HSC students can enroll directly in the third semester.
Vocational HSC students can enroll directly in the fourth semester.
